HR and payroll specialist

Job Description:
  • Calculating salaries for employment contracts and benefits
  • Preparation and maintenance of payroll documentation for employees
  • Settling salaries, benefits, and preparing payroll lists for employees
  • Maintaining a payroll database of employed individuals and keeping it up-to-date
  • Preparing PIT, PFRON, ZUS declarations
  • Administration of payroll, settlement documentation, and handling of enforcement proceedings, ensuring proper archiving of these documents
  • Handling the HR-payroll system and Płatnik program
  • Preparation of various types of payroll reports and summaries
  • Collaboration with tax and insurance institutions
  • Preparation of reports for GUS (Central Statistical Office)
  • Monitoring the working hours of employed individuals in the company
  • Higher education (relevant field)
  • High personal culture
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and HR for a larger number of employees
  • Practical knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and tax laws
  • Familiarity with the Płatnik program
  • Familiarity with the IFS program
