IT specialist

Job Description:
  • Administration and planning of telecommunication infrastructure for the organization,
  • Configuration of IT equipment (e.g., installation, relocation, maintenance, initial diagnosis of failures),
  • Participation in the development and optimization of procedures and instructions for the IT department,
  • Optimization of directory structures in the network space,
  • Participation in the preparation and updating of hardware documentation,
  • Contribution to the development and updating of procedures regarding data security,
  • Direct or remote technical support for users as part of first-line support for: system software, computer hardware, networks, and telephony,
  • Initiative in optimizing IT processes and further departmental development.
  • Knowledge of IT equipment structure and network structures,
  • Experience in the administration of telecommunication infrastructure,
  • Proficiency in English at the level of understanding technical documentation,
  • Knowledge of operating systems from the MS Windows and Linux families,
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks,
  • Familiarity with IT data security systems,
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and relational databases (Microsoft SQL, ORACLE, PostgreSQL),
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team,
  • Project management abilities,
  • Availability,
  • Resilience to stress, problem-solving skills, and ability to act in unpredictable situations,
  • Ability to create technical documentation,
